We know where the restrooms are, and forget that our guests may be completely embarrassed to have to ask. We know where the nursery is, where classrooms are, where the coffee is…and we forget that it is all foreign to our guests. We see beyond the gathered dust and dimly lit light bulbs, while our guests will notice every detail left undone. A campus assessment will look at every detail of your campus and facility.
